Filthy Fries is a family-owned and operated food truck built on a love for great food, hard work, and doing things the right way. What started as a family idea quickly turned into a passion for serving bold, indulgent fries made from fresh-cut potatoes and fried in beef tallow for unmatched flavor. From long prep days to late-night events, our family is hands-on every step of the way, pouring care and pride into every platter we serve. We’re grateful for our community and excited to share our take on comfort food—one filthy order at a time.
